The outputs are simultaneous so audio can be distributed to multiple location.It supports 192kHz sample rates for enhanced sound reproduction. The CV0202-OCS provides the perfect cost effective solution when connecting a source with only optical audio outputs to a device that has only coaxial digital inputs or vice versa.
